Mama Match started with a simple observation: the season of life when women most need a friend is exactly the season that makes finding one nearly impossible.
You had friends. Then you had a baby.
Nobody warns you that motherhood quietly reorganizes your entire social life. The friends without kids drift. The friends with older kids are in a different universe. And the moms at the park who seem lovely? There's never a natural moment to say “want to be friends?” without feeling like you're asking someone to prom.
The research backs up what every mom already knows: making a friend takes dozens of hours of repeated, unguarded time together. That is exactly the resource a mom of littles doesn't have. So we built the shortcut. A real team that does the searching, the vetting, the matching, and the scheduling, so the only part left is the good part: connecting.
We're a small, women-led team based right here in South Florida, Broward and Palm Beach, same as every mama in the mix. This isn't a tech platform with a community feature bolted on. It's a matchmaking service with a stubborn belief: your people are out there, and finding them shouldn't be a second job.
